Ordering & Pricing

There is no fixed minimum for most services — we print even a single copy. However, some services like stickers (50 minimum) and brochures (50 minimum) have a small minimum due to setup costs. Call us and we'll always find the most cost-effective option for your volume.

The fastest way is to use our quote request form — fill in your service, size, paper, and quantity, and we'll send you a detailed quote within 2–4 hours. For a quick ballpark, you can also call us on 9560116005.

Yes. All bulk orders receive automatic volume pricing. The larger your quantity, the lower the per-unit cost. This applies to all services — books, business cards, stickers, brochures, and more. Mention your quantity in the quote form for the most accurate pricing.

Basic layout adjustments (resizing, bleed setup) are included at no extra cost. For new design creation — logos, brochure layout, book cover design — our in-house design team charges separately based on the scope. Get in touch and we'll give you a design quote alongside your print quote.

We accept cash, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), and all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). For large corporate orders, we can discuss invoice-based credit terms.

Files & Artwork

We accept PDF (preferred — always share print-ready PDFs), Adobe Illustrator (AI, EPS), Photoshop (PSD), JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. For architectural drawings: AutoCAD DWG, DXF, or PDF. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we'll advise.

For print, artwork should be at least 300 DPI at final print size. Lower resolution files will result in blurry or pixelated output. If your file is low-resolution, our design team can advise whether it's usable or needs to be recreated.

Bleed is extra artwork (3–5mm) that extends beyond the final cut edge of your design. It's needed on designs where color or images go right to the edge of the page. If your design has a white border, bleed isn't required. We'll check your file and flag any issues before printing.

Not required, but helpful. If you're submitting a professional PDF with crop marks and bleed, that's ideal. If not, send us a clean PDF and our team will prepare it for print.

Yes, in many cases. Export your Canva design as a high-resolution PDF before sending. For Word documents, export to PDF first to preserve fonts and layout. We'll let you know if there are any issues with your file before proceeding.

Turnaround & Delivery

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours for most jobs once artwork is approved. Large or complex orders (books, bulk brochures, architectural drawings) may take 2–4 days. We always confirm the timeline when you place the order. Rush/same-day printing is available on select services — please call us for availability.

Yes. We offer courier delivery across Delhi NCR for bulk orders. Delivery charges apply based on location and weight. Walk-in collection from our Kalkaji shop is always free. For regular corporate clients, we can arrange scheduled deliveries.

Absolutely. Our shop in Kalkaji, New Delhi is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Many customers prefer to walk in, review the first copy, and collect on the spot for smaller jobs.

Yes, we can ship across India via courier. Please mention this in your quote request so we can factor in packaging and shipping costs. Fragile items (large prints, mounted boards) are carefully packaged.

Paper & Finishing

130 GSM art paper is standard for most brochures and gives a good balance of quality and cost. 170 GSM gives a more premium feel and is better for shorter runs. Covers are typically 300 GSM with lamination. We'll recommend the right paper for your specific project.

Gloss lamination adds a shiny finish that makes colors pop and is more vibrant. Matte lamination gives a flat, sophisticated finish that's easier to write on and doesn't show fingerprints. Soft-touch matte has a velvety feel and looks very premium. Most brochures and business cards use gloss; high-end corporate materials often use matte.

Yes. Both color and black-and-white printing are available for all paper sizes. Black-and-white printing is significantly cheaper per page and is ideal for text-heavy documents, academic books, thesis prints, and technical drawings.

We offer perfect binding (glued spine — like a paperback novel), spiral/comb binding (opens flat — great for manuals), saddle-stitch (center stapled — for booklets under 80 pages), and hardcover (case binding — for premium books). The right choice depends on your page count and intended use.
