Roll-up standees (also called retractable banner stands or pull-up banners) are the most portable and reusable display format. The printed banner rolls into an aluminium base unit and can be set up or packed away in under a minute — ideal for exhibitions, conferences, store entrances, and corporate events.
The standard standee size is 2ft × 5ft or 2ft × 6ft. We supply the standee with or without the stand hardware. If you already have a stand, you can order just the printed banner insert as a replacement.
Sunboard is a rigid foam PVC board (also called foam board or Kapa board) that is lightweight yet structurally stable. It is ideal for indoor display panels, signage, event backdrops, retail price boards, and short-term outdoor signs.
We offer 3mm sunboard for lighter applications and 5mm sunboard for outdoor use or installations that require more rigidity. Vinyl is printed separately and pasted onto the sunboard for a clean, professional surface finish.
Sunboard with UV printing directly onto the surface is also available for premium finish without visible edges or bubbling. Ask us about this option for high-visibility retail applications.
Flex banners are the large outdoor banners you see above shops, along roads, and at political events. They are printed on a durable PVC flex material and are typically reinforced with eyelets for hanging. We print flex banners at any size from 2ft × 3ft to full hoarding dimensions.
Vinyl banners are similar but use a higher quality PVC with a smoother surface finish — preferred for event backdrops, stage banners, and indoor displays where print quality is more visible at close range.
PDF is preferred. Set up your file at the exact print dimensions (e.g., 2ft × 5ft = 610mm × 1524mm) with 3–5mm bleed on all sides. Resolution should be 100–150 DPI at actual print size (lower than screen resolution is normal for large format). JPEG and PNG at full size are also accepted.
Yes. We supply complete roll-up standees including the retractable aluminium stand. We also supply just the printed banner insert if you already have a compatible stand. Specify when ordering.
Yes, for most items placed before 12 PM. For standees, the hardware must be in stock — call us to confirm. Sunboard and vinyl prints are generally available same-day.
Our large format printers handle widths up to 5 feet in one continuous print. For wider applications (stage backdrops, hoardings), we print in sections and join them. Please discuss large format requirements in advance.
3mm sunboard can tolerate light outdoor use for short periods (days to a week). For extended outdoor display, 5mm sunboard with UV-resistant lamination is recommended, or flex material for long-term outdoor banners.
