Presentation folders and magazines that elevate your corporate communications and marketing materials.
A presentation folder is one of the most versatile corporate stationery items. It holds proposals, contracts, brochures, and business cards in a single branded package — and the quality of that folder communicates the quality of your business before a single page is read.
We print A4 presentation folders on 300 GSM art card with internal pockets designed to hold A4 documents, business cards, and USB drives. Gloss or matte lamination is applied to the exterior. Spot UV accents on logos and key design elements are available for premium finish.
A company profile booklet is a step beyond a brochure — it tells the full story of your business: history, services, team, case studies, clients, and vision. Typically 12 to 32 pages, printed on 130 or 170 GSM art paper with a 300 GSM laminated cover.
We regularly produce company profiles for tenders, investor presentations, government bids, and enterprise sales processes. These require meticulous print quality — precise color reproduction, clean binding, and consistent page registration. We understand these stakes and deliver accordingly.
Product catalogues, institutional magazines, employee newsletters, and trade publications all require the same print quality as commercial magazines. We print from 8 pages to 200+ pages, saddle-stitched for thinner publications and perfect-bound for substantial catalogues.
For product catalogues, image fidelity is critical — colors must match product photography accurately. We use calibrated color management and can produce press proofs on request for critical color work.
Annual reports and investor-facing documents demand print quality that reflects the seriousness of the content. We produce annual reports in hardcover and softcover formats, with premium paper stocks, section dividers, and edge finishing options. If your organisation requires a print run of 50 to 500 copies of a sophisticated annual report, contact us for a detailed quote.
Saddle-stitching uses staples through the spine — practical for publications up to 60–80 pages. Perfect binding uses a glued spine (like a paperback) and is suitable for thicker publications over 48 pages. Perfect binding looks more like a book and has a spine that can be printed with a title.
Yes. Our standard folder die includes a business card slot in the right pocket. We can also produce folders with USB slots, CD pockets, and pen loops on request.
PDF with 3mm bleed on all sides, in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI. For folders, note that the die-cut pocket area should be clearly marked in a separate layer or as a note to avoid printing critical content in the area that will be cut away.
Saddle-stitched publications must be in multiples of 4 pages. The practical maximum is around 80 pages — beyond that, the staples cannot reach the centre and the publication does not fold cleanly. For publications over 64 pages, we recommend perfect binding.
We can match brand colors as accurately as possible in CMYK process printing. True Pantone spot color printing requires offset printing — available for high-volume runs. For digital print runs, we recommend providing CMYK values for your brand colors and we will calibrate our output accordingly.
